I created a private web and mobile project management app for Aus Property Professionals. Their team is small, so the goal was simple: give everyone one login-based workspace without forcing the client into another monthly software subscription.

The Need

A small team
needed one
shared workspace.

Aus Property Professionals had different people reviewing, approving, designing, and publishing recurring work. A standard project management subscription would add another ongoing tool cost, and most SaaS platforms were heavier than what the team actually needed.

I built a private APP Project Management app for internal use. Everyone can log in from desktop or mobile, choose their workspace, and manage projects across spaces like Email, PDF, Prints, and Facebook Ads.

The result is a custom tool built around the client's exact workflow, not a generic platform they have to keep paying for every month. It is designed as a forever-free internal app for the client team.

What I Built

Team Login

Each team member can sign in under their role, so the app feels like a private workspace instead of a public client portal.

Spaces

Work is grouped into spaces including Email, PDF, Prints, and Facebook Ads, keeping different deliverables separated and easier to scan.

Project Board

The board tracks each project by stage, status, type, assignee, priority, and deadline so the team knows what needs attention.

Mobile PWA

The app can be used from desktop or mobile and installed like an app, giving the team access without app-store overhead.

Collaboration

Chat, comments, file library, notifications, and profile tools keep feedback and project context inside the same system.

Client-Owned Tool

The build avoids the usual monthly project-management SaaS bill by giving the client a custom internal tool for their own workflow.

Why it matters

This was not built as a public SaaS product. It was made for internal use by the APP team, with just enough structure for their recurring work and none of the extra subscription weight they did not need.
